Thankful Thursday

1. The guilt free relief of donating a car load of stuff to Goodwill
2. A German chocolate candy bar from Ilse
3. My daughters, in all their watermelon eating cuteness 
4. Two watermelons in one week
5. An active baby 
6. A cup of coffee. Half in the morning, half in the afternoon
7. A quiet post-library car ride home while the girls look at new books
8. Rest time. 2-3PMwoot!
9. The beginning of swim season- endless afternoon entertainment 
10. So many great local playgrounds with clean bathrooms(!)

3 Reasons:  Why It's a Good Idea to Move (Because "The Reasons Why We Shouldn't Move" would be too long &  too sappy)  1. I'm less likely to run into people from Middle School . This reason specifically addresses my 8th grade English teacher. I've probably seen her every year since the 8th grade and considering that that was thirteen years  ago, that's a lot of times. I've always resisted the urge to walk up to her and say, "You never taught me how to diagram sentences! You're the reason I'm not a writer!" The ultimate Time Out death stare 1. Potty Training Is going well. Less accidents, more jelly bean rewards. It just involves a lot of bending over (ooph!) and huddling in public bathroom stalls together. 2. "Treat others the way you would want to be treated" Would you like for her to take the toy out of your hands? How would you feel if she chased you until you were scared? Would you like for her to start singing while you're singing a song? The Bible says to treat others the way you would want to be treated...yatayata  x a millionHOW MANY MORE YEARS OF THIS 3.
