Wishing you a very productive first Monday in May

May your husband know that there are always clean towels stacked on top of the cabinet in the bathroom. But if he doesn't, may he know where to find the beach towels in the hall closet  (Now, everyone, smile politely, shake your head a little and say "bless his heart")

If your mom gives in to the sobbing & the climbing on to the bathroom stool to get to the sink and she lets you suck on your big sister's tooth brush May your big sister be too busy reading to notice 

May you have the strength to make it down the stairs for breakfast but if you don't, may the morning sun shine on your face and the carpet be soft beneath you

May your Monday meals taste better than seashells and sand

May your taco salad lunch be leftover and your tissues nearby

Happy Monday   May all of the shoes in your house actually make it into the basket that's conveniently located inside your coat closet 

May your Monday be free of doctor visits that result in an ear infection and medicine  But if it's not... may it also include frosted sugar cookies from yesterday's bake sesh and these life-changing almonds.  *Warning, nuts are high in calories and once you start eating these, it's hard to stop. I just ate enough nuts to hike 9 miles of strenuous terrain in Wyoming
