10 on 10 [June]

I just realized I skipped 10 on 10 during the month of May.  Pathetic. 1. Kent's morning off. I'll let you guess who made the pancakes. (Hint: Their name starts with a K. winkyface ) 2. Giving little sis a bath  2. Liza had her four month appointment this morning. The doctor said that she's perfect. Her words, not mine...  3. Our kitchen counter right now. Mostly vacation prep.  4. I took the girls swimming and one of us swam naked so no swimming selfies, sorry.  5. The vigilant life guard. 6. Food tastes better after a swim. That's a fact!  7. The daily summer storms have begun. We barely missed this one. 8. She's just starting to take a pacifier without gagging. No explanation, no worries.  10. Escape or fall asleep on the floor Trying. We've taken a few steps backwards with our big girl bed transition.

This is what it looks like to sleep for eight hours straight for the first (and only) time in your life  Upon waking up Caris found two ducks. "MATCH!!" I kicked the toys aside to do a pretty pathetic vacuuming job  "Hey do you wanna be in my 10 on 10 blog post?" (as I click the camera button)  Patiently waiting to go to the park Our first trip to the splash pad  Fun for them, scary for me Our car was broken into while we played at the park  Pizza can't fix the problem, but it can help!  Helping to recycle the bottles

Introducing a new feature!  On the 10th of every month, I'll post 10 (quick, mostly poor quality) pictures from the day *This is an idea floating around the internet.  *Credit goes to all the people who are more creative than me. A naked abandoned baby after breakfast was announced and served.  Keurig pods from my generous mother in law and a mug that speaks truth.  Running laps in the front entryway while waiting for dad  Playdough. A Christmas gift from Uncle Wes and Aunt Sara. No filter.  She parked beside me as I cut strawberries. The hat, the basket...all her idea.  "You just had a baby!" flowers brought by Kent to the hospital.  After work snack on the back deck  concrete slab. Valentine's mantle.  Afternoon nap.
